SL-L11 Electric Steel Shank Bending Testing Machine

Electric Steel Shank Bending Testing Equipment Use:

This instrument is mainly used to test the bending resistance of steel hooks. The hook is inserted into the fixture to rotate it 180 around the central column of 10mm, visually check the small crack condition on the surface and whether it breaks, and determine its quality.

Electric Steel Shank Bending Testing Machine Operating Steps:

 1. Turn on the power supply and press the reset button to bring the dynamic clamp back to the origin. 

 2. Adjust the position of the fixture and insert the hook sample between the clamp and the fixture. 

 3. Press the test switch to start the test. After the hook heart rotates around the center column of 180, press the test key again to stop the test.

 4. Visually check whether the sample is broken, and take down the sample to observe the broken pattern on the surface. 

 5. After the test, please power off the machine.
